Shipping Destinations
BulkBuddy420 proudly ships to customers across the United States, Canada, and Europe. We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and discreetly no matter where you are located.
United States
We ship to all 50 states. Orders are dispatched via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking provided.
Canada
We ship to all provinces and territories via Canada Post Xpresspost with full tracking provided.
Europe
We ship to major European countries via DHL Express with full tracking and discreet packaging.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if any significant delay occurs.

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of cannabis or BulkBuddy420 on the outside — whether shipping to the USA, Canada, or Europe. All packages are:
- Double-sealed in odour-proof bags
- Vacuum-sealed where applicable
- Wrapped in plain brown or white shipping envelopes or boxes
- Labelled with a neutral sender name and return address

Customs & International Orders
For orders shipping to the USA and Europe, please be aware of the following:
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country
- BulkBuddy420 is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges
- It is your responsibility to ensure cannabis products are legal to receive in your region
- All packages are labelled discreetly to minimise customs attention
Please ensure you are aware of the cannabis laws in your country, state, or province before placing an order. BulkBuddy420 is not liable for any legal issues arising from the receipt of cannabis products in regions where it is restricted.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
- We will contact you to confirm a corrected address
- Re-shipping fees apply for address errors made by the customer
- If a package is destroyed by the carrier we cannot issue a refund
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:
- Check with neighbours and building management
- Contact your carrier directly with your tracking number
- Email us at admin@bulkbuddy420.com within 5 days of expected delivery
