Orders & Cancellations

BulkBuddy420 reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason including product unavailability, suspected fraud, failure of age verification or legal restrictions in your region. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable and regulated nature of cannabis products all sales are final. We do not accept returns once dispatched. However we will offer a replacement or store credit if:
- You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part
- The product arrived visibly damaged or unusable
- The order was significantly delayed and marked undeliverable by the carrier
All claims must be submitted with photographic evidence to admin@bulkbuddy420.com within 48 hours of delivery regardless of your location in the USA, Canada or Europe.
Shipping & Delivery
BulkBuddy420 ships to customers across the USA, Canada and Europe. All orders are packed in plain discreet packaging with no mention of cannabis on the outside.
